Location: Virtual | 50% time 0.5 FTE with opportunity to grow as Thrive scales (approximately 20 hours per week)

Job Description
Lead the charge to quadruple Thrive’s reach to serve 10,000 children with daily school meals by the end of 2028. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and converting belief in Thrive’s mission into committed financial support.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Leadership
Design and execute a multi-year revenue and donor growth strategy to achieve the goal of serving 10,000 daily school meals by 2028.
Sales Mindset for Scalability
- Work with the global fundraising team to identify, cultivate, and secure a diverse portfolio of individuals, foundations, and corporate supporters.
- Proactively prospect new donor and partner relationships, initiate outreach, and advance opportunities through the pipeline to committed support.
- Build and actively manage a donor pipeline, moving prospects from initial introduction to financial commitment.
- Lead the global fundraising team to execute growth campaigns and events with a target 4:1 ROI or greater.
Bolster Awareness
- Develop and execute an integrated communications and marketing strategy to elevate Thrive’s visibility among global donors and mission-aligned partners.
Build Team & Streamlined Systems
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing global fundraising and marketing team.
- Establish KPIs and performance tracking to ensure growth targets translate directly to school meals served.
- Oversee CRM data quality and revenue forecasting to track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
