Administrative Assistant
Location: Virtual | Part-time
Report to Executive Director

Job Description: Are you a detail-focused, self-motivated team player ready to make a global impact on the lives of children? We are seeking a “dynamite” Administrative Assistant to serve as the backbone of our international team. You will gain 360-degree exposure to international nonprofit management, from global logistics and grant administration to donor relations.

The ideal candidate will be ready to jump into supportive tasks, coordinate communications, and ensure streamlined, efficient office operations, all while supporting our mission and programs.

Key Responsibilities
Global Coordination: Manage multi-zone calendars, travel logistics, and general support to the Executive Director, board, and leadership team.
Grants & Finance: Assist with the administrative side of grant tracking, basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and processing international transfers.
Operational Excellence: Organize and maintain the organization’s records, files, and correspondence to ensure streamlined efficiencies across our global offices.
Communication & Outreach: Prepare and proofread letters, reports, and documents, and assist with social media and external communications.
Legal & Government: Support coordination with service providers, suppliers, and government agencies
Organization Efficiencies: Assist in office operations, procurement, and logistics

Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of administrative experience; experience in a nonprofit or international setting is a major plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Attributes: Can-do attitude, on-time, high-quality deliverables, and a team player.
