Two alumnae travel abroad and significantly impact children’s lives

Michigan native Gina (Rennpage) Gabel ’99 found her calling in life halfway around the world among the twisting alleys of some of the poorest slums in the world. It led her to create a charitable organization, Thrive, that now feeds more than 1,600 meals each week to schoolchildren living in the slums in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
